I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist – recognised by the Dietitians’ Association of Australia. I have three nutrition degrees including a PhD in nutrition science from the University of Wollongong. I have a broad range of experience working in the nutrition field including clinical dietetics, research, education and public health. I am passionate about evidence-based practice and keep up-to-date with the latest scientific evidence and best practice guidelines for the nutritional management of health and chronic disease. I pride myself on my non-judgemental approach to client care and enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
